Vivek Garg

Vivek Garg graduated from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2013. During his engineering school, he was involved in various engineering projects on Electronics and has published two papers in international journals. He had also co-founded DelTech Model United Nation Conference Society and had been its Vice President. He headed the administration as well as the research departments of the first edition of DelTech MUN in 2012. Vivek has also headed the Correspondence Department of ISSET symposium, technically sponsored by IEEE Power society, which was held in October 2012.

During his studies, Vivek interned with Ramanan Corporation, under Project Kalpana. The aim of the project was to design a low cost hand-held device to aid Indian farmers in agricultural practices.

After the graduation, Vivek has been working with CSR, which has now been acquired by Qualcomm, as a Software Engineer in the Navigation Team of the GNSS (GPS). He has already filed two patents in the field of Navigation Algorithm Context and is currently working towards more innovative ideas.

As of 2015, Vivek has been offered admission for MS in CMU Electrical Department. Vivek has also been offered Young India Fellowship for the class of 2015.

Besides his career, his hobbies are coin and currency collection, theatre, reading and travelling.
